Lodging:

Here is what I recommend:  We can do the wedding on the beach in front of a nice condominium building that is oceanfront at the prettiest part of the beach.  The units there rent for the same price as hotel rooms but they are 2BR, 2Bath. Below are some photos of one of the condo units. There is a 3-night minimum for the September - May season and a 4-night minimum for the summer months, but a couple of extra days are needed in the state as there is a 24-hour waiting period for the marriage license.

A beautiful Social Room which is perfect for wedding receptions, may be rented for $200 additional.  We can get the reception catered. I can email you some pix of this if you are interested. Or, there is an excellent steakhouse very close by with a private room for up to 40 people which can be used at no extra charge. 

The building has its own private oceanfront swimming pool.  A lovely gazebo with green grass lawn is available at no extra charge for ceremonies, also.
